Frequently Asked Questions

Is it floor-standing or wall-mounted?: Either. Choose Floor or Wall when you pick the colour.
Why silicone bristles?: They rinse completely clean under running water rather than trapping residue the way nylon bristles do.

What colours does it come in?: Gray and black, each in a floor or wall version.

Returns Within 30 Days

We stand behind what we sell. If something turns up damaged, faulty, or plainly not what it said it was, send us a photo within 30 days of delivery and we will replace it or refund you in full.

The conditions, plainly: the item needs to be unused and in its original packaging, and the claim needs to reach us within 30 days of delivery. Final-sale and personalized pieces are the two exceptions.

Please contact us before sending anything back. Returns do not go to our Austin address. Approved returns go to our returns warehouse in Asia, and we will send you the address and customs instructions with your return authorization. If you have simply changed your mind, that makes it an international parcel: the postage, tracking and any customs charges on the way back are yours to cover, and a 15% restocking fee applies. Anything that arrives damaged, faulty or wrong never carries the fee.

Shipping

Standard US shipping is $8, or free on orders of $70 or more. Express is $15. Orders are dispatched within 1 to 3 business days, and standard delivery takes 7 to 15 business days. You will receive a tracking email as soon as your parcel ships.

Product Details

A matte toilet brush with silicone bristles, sold in a floor-standing or wall-mounted version. Pick the one that suits your bathroom, in gray or black, and it comes as a complete set ready to use.

Why You'll Love It

Silicone, not nylon: Silicone bristles rinse clean under the tap instead of holding on to what they just cleaned.
You choose the layout: Floor or wall is a variant choice, so you are not working around whatever the packaging assumed.
A handle that helps: The ergonomic handle is angled for control, which makes getting under the rim easier.
Nothing else to buy: Brush and holder arrive together as one set.
