About Ciela Row

Who we are

Ciela Row is an online retail store based in Austin, Texas, operated by CodeFifty4 LLC, doing business as Ciela Row. CodeFifty4 LLC is the merchant and contracting party for every order placed on this site.

What we carry

We are a multi-label retailer rather than a single-brand label. Our range is drawn from a number of makers and suppliers and organised into eight departments: Women, Men, Accessories, Bags, Home & Living, Lighting, Bath and Movement. Where a product carries a maker's own brand, that brand stays on the product and in its description.

Where your order ships from

We do not hold our own warehouse. Orders are fulfilled by our supply partners and ship directly from their facilities, some of which are located outside the United States. This keeps our range wide and our prices lower than a stock-holding retailer could offer, and it means delivery takes longer than it would from a domestic warehouse.

Items in the same order may be dispatched separately and arrive at different times. The delivery options available to your address, and their cost, are shown at checkout before you pay. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking as soon as your order has shipped.

Where we ship

We ship within the United States only. The delivery options available to your address, and their cost, are shown at checkout before you pay.

Full details are in our Shipping Policy.

Returns

If something is not right, we want to hear about it. Our Return and Refund Policy sets out how to return or exchange an item and the timeframe for doing so. To start a return, email orders@cielarow.store with your order number.
