Where we ship

Ciela Row ships within the United States only. We do not currently ship internationally.

Shipping rates

Standard shipping — $8.00
Complimentary standard shipping on orders over $70.00
Express shipping — $15.00

Shipping is shown at checkout before you pay. Any applicable sales tax is calculated at checkout.

Order processing and delivery times

Orders are prepared for dispatch within 1 to 3 business days of payment being confirmed. Standard delivery then takes a further 7 to 15 business days.

You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking as soon as your order has shipped. Items in the same order may ship separately and arrive at different times.

Delivery addresses

Please check your delivery address carefully at checkout. We cannot redirect an order once it has shipped, and we are unable to refund orders lost as a result of an incorrect or incomplete address. If you notice a mistake, contact us straight away and we will correct it if the order has not yet shipped.

Delayed or missing orders

If your tracking has not updated, or your order has not arrived when you expected it, email us with your order number and we will look into it for you.
