Accepted payment methods
We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, Diners Club, PayPal, Shop Pay, Apple Pay and Google Pay. The options available to you are shown at checkout.
Currency and pricing
All prices are in US dollars (USD). Sales tax is calculated at checkout where required. Shipping costs are shown at checkout before you pay. See our Shipping Policy for rates.
When you're charged
Your payment method is authorized for the full order total when you place your order. You'll receive an order confirmation email with your order number and total.
Payment security
Payments are processed through Shopify's secure checkout and our payment providers. All checkout pages use SSL encryption. We do not see or store your full card number.
Order review and fraud prevention
To protect our customers, orders may be reviewed for fraud. If we can't verify an order, we may cancel it and refund you in full.
Refunds to your payment method
Approved refunds are submitted to your original payment method within 10 business days. Most customers see the refund within 15 business days after approval, depending on their bank or card issuer. Orders may be cancelled within 15 minutes of purchase by emailing orders@cielarow.store. See our Refund Policy for full details.
