Orders & shipping

Where do you ship?
We ship within the United States only.

How much is shipping?
Standard shipping is $8.00, and free on orders over $70.00. Express shipping is $15.00. You'll see the cost at checkout before you pay.

How long will my order take?
Orders are prepared for dispatch within 1–3 business days. Standard delivery then takes a further 7–15 business days. Items in the same order may arrive separately.

How do I track my order?
We email your tracking number as soon as your order ships. See Track Your Order.

Can I change my shipping address?
Contact us right away at orders@cielarow.store. We can't redirect an order once it has shipped.

Cancellations, returns & refunds

Can I cancel my order?
Orders may be cancelled within 15 minutes of purchase by emailing orders@cielarow.store with your order number. After that, cancellation depends on whether your order has started processing.

What is your return policy?
You can request a return within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused, unworn, unwashed and in original packaging. Please contact us first. Returns sent without authorization can't be processed.

Where do returns go?
Approved returns go to our central returns warehouse in Asia. We'll send the exact address and instructions with your return authorization. Please don't send returns to our Austin business address.

Who pays for return shipping?
For change-of-mind returns, return shipping is your responsibility and a 15% restocking fee applies. If an item arrives damaged, defective or incorrect, we'll make it right.

When will I get my refund?
Approved refunds are submitted to your original payment method within 10 business days. Most customers see the refund within 15 business days after approval.
