Frequently Asked Questions

Is it warm enough for winter?: It is a warm-up layer rather than a winter coat. On its own it handles a cold start and mild days; below freezing you would want it over a long-sleeve base layer.
Is it waterproof?: It will shrug off a light drizzle, but it is not a rain jacket. For a proper downpour you would want a shell over the top.
How does the sizing run?: It is a fitted cut through the body. If you are between sizes, or you want room for a layer underneath, take the larger one.
Will a phone fit in the pockets?: Yes. Both hand pockets are zipped and sized for a phone and a key, so nothing works its way out while you run.

Sizes are US. If you are between sizes, we recommend going one size up.

Returns Within 30 Days

We stand behind what we sell. If something turns up damaged, faulty, or plainly not what it said it was, send us a photo within 30 days of delivery and we will replace it or refund you in full.

The conditions, plainly: the item needs to be unused and in its original packaging, and the claim needs to reach us within 30 days of delivery. Final-sale and personalized pieces are the two exceptions.

Please contact us before sending anything back. Returns do not go to our Austin address. Approved returns go to our returns warehouse in Asia, and we will send you the address and customs instructions with your return authorization. If you have simply changed your mind, that makes it an international parcel: the postage, tracking and any customs charges on the way back are yours to cover, and a 15% restocking fee applies. Anything that arrives damaged, faulty or wrong never carries the fee.

Shipping

Standard US shipping is $8, or free on orders of $70 or more. Express is $15. Orders are dispatched within 1 to 3 business days, and standard delivery takes 7 to 15 business days. You will receive a tracking email as soon as your parcel ships.
