How does it fit?: Slim and tailored. If you want room for a thick knit underneath, or you are between sizes, go one size up.
Where do my phone and keys go?: The chest zip pocket for anything you do not want to lose, and the side pockets for your hands and everything else.
Will it keep me warm in winter?: It is built for wind and everyday cold. On properly freezing days, layer a knit underneath and it handles the rest.
Can I wear it with jeans?: Yes. Over a crew-neck and jeans it looks just as right as over a shirt and trousers, which is the point of it.

Finding Your Size

Sizes are US. If you are between sizes, we recommend going one size up.

Returns Within 30 Days

We stand behind what we sell. If something turns up damaged, faulty, or plainly not what it said it was, send us a photo within 30 days of delivery and we will replace it or refund you in full.

The conditions, plainly: the item needs to be unused and in its original packaging, and the claim needs to reach us within 30 days of delivery. Final-sale and personalized pieces are the two exceptions.

Please contact us before sending anything back. Returns do not go to our Austin address. Approved returns go to our returns warehouse in Asia, and we will send you the address and customs instructions with your return authorization. If you have simply changed your mind, that makes it an international parcel: the postage, tracking and any customs charges on the way back are yours to cover, and a 15% restocking fee applies. Anything that arrives damaged, faulty or wrong never carries the fee.

Shipping

Standard US shipping is $8, or free on orders of $70 or more. Express is $15. Orders are dispatched within 1 to 3 business days, and standard delivery takes 7 to 15 business days. You will receive a tracking email as soon as your parcel ships.
